Max Diesel joined the staff as a vocational elder in 2021 after being a part of a multi-year internship at TCBC. He oversees the Young Adult ministry which meets off-campus, the Discipling ministry of the church, helping to coordinate growth groups and D-groups within that ministry and the organization and execution of the Usher/Greeter ministry of Tri-County Baptist church. Max is the oldest of 5 children and currently lives in the Middletown area.
